If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the item(s) has been shipped.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
In case of any damage to the product during shipment, we will provide a refund. To initiate Refund/Return/Replacement please follow the below steps
1) Contact our Customer Support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
2) Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
3) We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns.
How will I get my refund back?
For payments done through the gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 working days of us receiving the items back.
- The goods will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
- We will share the details of the shipment so as to give a hassle free experience.
- The goods will be delivered to the respective address as provided by the customer during order booking.
- We charge a flat delivery charge of Rs 40/- per shipment.
